Common Questions
Just give us access to your website code or we'll install a plugin for you. We handle everything else — scraping your content, training the AI, testing it, and going live. You just review and approve.
If you have clients in your CRM, we send up to 300 of them a professional promotion email 3 times per month. If phone numbers are available, we also send an SMS. You provide the offer — we handle the sending.
Additional messages beyond the free allowance are billed at a small per-message rate based on the AI model your agent runs on. We'll notify you before any overage and you can set spending limits.
Absolutely. You can upgrade any time and we'll carry over your existing setup. Most clients start at Starter or Growth and move up as they see results. There's no penalty for upgrading.
Plans are monthly with no long-term contract required. We ask for 30 days' notice before cancellation. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the full setup work done upfront.
